Chiefs win big with Winston signing

Eric Winston will be anchoring the right side of the Kansas City Chief’s offensive line for the next several years. The Chiefs got Winston
after the Houston Texans cut ties with the tackle, signing him to a 4-year deal worth $22 million. Winston hasn’t missed a start since his arrival into the league in 2006 and has 86 starts under his belt.
Winston is the biggest signing so far this offseason for the Chiefs. The talented tackle is only 28 years old and still in his prime. The only concern with Winston is he is use to the zone blocking schemes used by the Houston Texans as opposed to the power blocking the Kansas City Chiefs utilize. With Winston’s talent, the transition shouldn’t be a problem.
